South Australia v Victoria - SHIELD

Postby RustyCage » Thu Feb 02, 2012 3:05 pm

Was anyone watching the live stream then? Quiney skies one to Head on the boundary and he doesn't even get a hand on it, it lands inside the boundary and goes for four. He didn't even have to move his feet, it was straight down his throat!

Looks like a long day and a half in the field for the redbacks.

Surely a guy like Dan Cullen would have been a much better option than Williams is.\

I'm not sure what the obsession is with playing a leg-spinner.
Go you Redbacks!

Handscombe hits it into the pitch and it pops up to Cooper. Crosthwaite appeals. Old habits die hard....

I guess there was one positive from that over from Williams - He didn't bowl a full toss. Still went for 11 though.

I'd think anyone on this forum would be smashing them if they were lucky enough to face Williams and Cooper in tandem.
