Just seen the hattrick drop catch.

Firstly, the second wicket was an absolute perler by Jaywardene at first slip, one hander going to his left and catching it behind the keeper.

The hattrick ball, an edge to jaywardene at first again, absolute dolly and dropped. only thing it was a touch low, no other excuses

Still haven't seen it but how do you take a pearlier one ball and drop an easy one the next?

Would have been the 3rd hatty of the Cup thus far, I doubt that has been done before.

Wait to you see the perler! Bloody difficult considering it was so fine and pretty much behind sangakkarra.

I reckon the Aussies are going to win this cup. Indias fielding/bowling are crap, Sri Lanka are a danger, as is Pakistan (on one day but are just as bad as Kenya the next day)... Can't see many other sides getting close to winning the world cup. Maybe south Africa?

I am not condoning what these players do but surely something has to be done about that if it is correct?

To make a fair comparison, I'd love to be earning that kinda money.

After 25 overs, West Indies are 2/89. Darren Bravo made a third ball duck and Chanderpaul out for 35.

Ireland 5/191(40)
Thought ireland was a real chance a few overs ago but a couple of quick wickets including joyce for 87 has set them back a bit

Ireland 6/199 after what could only be described as a piece of absolute arrogance from Asoka De Silva

Gary Wilson had every right to go off at De Silva

Ireland 6/199
Pathetic umpiring decision cost ireland a wicket. The DRS just cocked up big time

What a total F**KING joke the Review system is if that LBW wasn't overturned.
Hitting outside the off stump yet is still given out.
Commentator is saying Asoka De Silva thought Wilson WASN'T playing a shot.

Oh of course he wasn't, Why would he ? They only need 9 rpo.

it wasnt the drs that stuffed up, that worked perfectly showing him to be not out - the problem is the arrogance of some umpires who refuse to listen to the technology, there was a similar incidenct in the kenya vs canada game when tikolo hit the ball was still given out lbw despite referring it

Pollard has shown what he can do on his day, and we already know about Gayle.

With solid batsmen like Sarwan, Chanderpaul, Smith, they have the ability to score 280-300.

Kemar Roach is the lynchpin leader with the ball, and Sulieman Benn needs to have a good day too, and they can do a number on anyone.
