I wonder if it will actually come down to some sort of intervention by CA, given that they provide funding to SACA? Not unlike when the AFL have had to step in to sort some clubs out (i.e. appoint Head of Cricket etc.)?
I don't hold out any hope though (although happy to be proven wrong) when I heard of a discussion with a SACA Board Member, when questioned about Tim Nielsen, said that the women's program is going well and that they've produced 2 Test players. He didn't want to discuss the continued failure and recruiting of failed interstate players!!
That's fine - he can run the Women's program and get someone else in to do the Men's!.
