So who should be in?

The SACA are doing it now but this is the exact reason our grade cricket comp needs a complete structural change. If it can only produce 4 our cricketers than its completed stuffed.

Apart from Drew (with T Kelly injured) not a lot of other options because the Spudbacks heirarchy are too lazy and incompetent to develop and put time into local lads and instead are happy to scab fringe players off other states.

That was my point, there is little in district cricket so they needed to out source. Drew has had a number of opportunities as has Valente and Kelvin.

At least no Harry N in the team.

Anyone know why Drew wasn't considered today? Is it just a case of McSweeney and Lehmann being preferred ahead of him?

Not quite sure where else that ball could've gone from Weatherald's shot?

Would've hurt too getting out to his mate.

SA now 7/264, not bad considering they were 6/148. McAndrew 55 (42) and Manenti 58 (43) put on 108 for the 7th wicket.

Good to see young Jake Lehmann get a gig, nothing wrong with giving the untried kids a go at this level.

Made a very solid 6 did young Jake

What about Conway with no number? He wore 5 for NSW but won't be with SA as Carey is 5.
