Watch the three trailers of the documentary "Forged in Fire" about The ASHES in this article http://www.cricket.com.au/news/forged-in-fire-ashes-documentary-series-australia-england-peter-dickson/2017-10-25

And Fair Dinkum if the hairs on the back of your neck don't stand up, if you eyes don't become a bit moist, and you don't want to go out and take guard against anyone of the following: Botham, Flintoff, Truman, Larwood, Anderson, Willis et al. with just your 1970s GN 100 scoop and yell down the pitch "Come on you Pommy Pr!cks, give me your worst 'cause it's all you've got..."

Well you're not Australian.....

F***ing, Bring it on!!!!!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

History against the poms and Australia in cricket is what we look forward too BUT this series doesn't have the calibre of talent that has played in the past .

Saying that nothing better than beating the poms !

Should Australia pick a team to beat England, or should they pick the team based on recent overseas form ?
On Australian pitches one of the first batsmen selected should be Usman Khawaja

Agree about Khawaja has to be in the side based on his record on our decks

The other interesting one is Shaun Marsh, has had a billion and one chances, wasn't our worse bat in India and is arguably our in form bat in domestic comps at the moment. Always manages to hit a score at the exact time selectors are looking to pick an ozzy side.

I think the selectors will be salivating at Shaun Marsh making a 60 in the first shield game, cant really not pick him now. I think after 16 years in the system he is finally ready to reach his full potential.

Anyone else got Optus Sport pack?

I've got it with our Fetch box, currently looping highlights of Ashes series through the late 80's at the moment.

Excellent viewing. Junior Boon is infatuated with Gladstone Small. :D
