There you go, unfortunately Trav chewed up too many balls during the start of his innings. Shouldn't of lost that considering the start Dunk and Weatherald gave the Strikers.

Head dropped Ross on 1 and 5, who then went on to make 64.

Yep, Head had a shocker. Dropped two catches, misfields and that maiden he faced turned the game. Should never have lost. Perth over there on Friday, so long way back from 0-2!

Head dropped him twice, both should've been taken.

Disappointing. Is it just me or does Pollard look out of shape?

Pollard & Junior Boof should bat higher up the order, pretty hard to start hitting boundaries with 1 or 2 overs to go. We should have sent them in before Hodge as I think the game has passed him bye, had a lot trouble trying to clear the rope or hit boundaries. We will have to wait to see how our batting goes for rest of series but should not have lost after the start we made.

I think the batting order is OK and there is no need to panic. Hodge (27 off 17) wasn't the problem. Head had a shocker, but I still think he has to bat at 3. I can't imagine him batting that poorly again.

Pollard batted 5, Lehman 6 last night

Head's plan is to starts slow in his inning he was 1/3, 2/6, 4/8, 8/12 and 10/14 in his first 5 overs on NYE last year but just couldn't accelerate last night.

Just checked cricinfo, unlike last night when we needed 30 off three, we needed 51 off three on NYE last year, got 'em in 15 balls...

Should've done it on our d!cks....

He was hitting the crease hard.

two balls at 112.5 km/h and one at 101 km/h! i was waiting to hear a "bowled Gary" from Dunk after that one.

Pollard is certainly is adept at "taking the pace of it".....
