Need a minefield, otherwise with SL bowling attack they'll never get AUS out.. even Cowan will look Warner'esque

Hope it's a green top. Love the ball zipping around. Why should the bowlers get favourable conditions for only 1 hour.

Reckon these three test will be a lot closer than many people expect, though expecting the Aussies to get up, perhaps 2-1.

How are they going to bowl us out?

Kumar, Mahela and Dilshan better make a lot of runs

Agree 100%
Too often I get bored watching runfests on road decks

Im tipping the Test deck will be much flatter than the SS decks of the last 2 seasons

Still not sure we have got the batting right, and I expect the decks to be more bowler-friendly than the three we have seen so far. They also have a quality spinner the South Africans didn't, yet Petersen still took some wickets against us.

Very disappointed Clarke hasn't moved up to four!

We will smash the Lankans around but long term Clarke can't stay at five!

Here we go again
A predictable response to a batsman playing a productive shot and being dismissed
Cowan played that shot very well against South Africa , and no complaints

What do you want batsman to do, give up all shots and block there way to 50 runs in a days play ?

Come on Mal we went down this track with Haddin and many others.

You tell me that wasn't a bad shot or more to the point it was very badly executed. Cowan very rarely plays shots like that so early in innings especially on wickets like this. It was a poor decision and very poorly executed.
