ICC rules state he can't play until November this year unless he becomes a citizen before hand.

He is an Australian citizen now I think. Happened the day he played in pm's 11.

Not sure about captain but our best player he will be.

I reckon Hughes is our next captain.

If he can get through the next three shield games unscathed and bowl well, he could well be in our ashes team IMO
