All out

Over 49.3: Bird to George, no run, OUT, tries to turn to leg, gets an edge behind and SA are all out for 126 - losing their last 5/3 in 25 balls and 9/43 either side of Lunch. Well bowled Bird and Faulker who took 4 wickets each

If you're quick, you can tune into the "live" stream and catch the last five wickets. Doropoulos and Davey still in.

Think we were all wrong we probably needed another full day of rain to save this rabble.

On a serious note!

Is there a worse professional sporting side in the history of Australian sport than the SA sheffield shield side.

Whats their win/loss/draw record from 2000 until now?

How most the SACA board has kept their jobs while we have gone through so many coaches is a bloody joke. Some one needs to step in and oust this board outta there.

I hope everyone enjoyed winning the mickey mouse cup last Saturday because we are still a joke in the real thing.

You can polish a poo but its still F**king S**t

How embarrassing.

Tas should have no problems getting the outright even with a whole day lost.

All this stuff about the shorter version of the game meaning nothing is utter Shizen

So the world cup means nothing and is a 'mickey mouse comp'?

You play in any competition to win we are the best one day side in the country.

Yes our performances havent been great for a long time now in 4 day cricket but FFS im sick of hearing the hysterical and non sensical shite said over and over again......

I agree the Sheffield Shield team is terrible but I'm tired of people parading around talking about the other forms of the game as "Mickey Mouse" and the Shield as "the real thing" or "the one that matters".

I guarantee you, thousands more people would rock up to either of those forms ahead of shield cricket.

You won't find thousands of people jumping around in the Adelaide Oval if the Redbacks were in a Shield final.

I like all three versions of the game but those who believe the four-day comp is more important than the Ryobi Cup or Big Bash are in the very small minority.

99 per cent of people couldn't give a sh!t about four-day domestic cricket.

So get the f*ck over it.

I would take a ODD comp win and a poor showing in the long format than nothing at all.

Two trophies available in the State competitions, we have one of them.

Well said Footy Smart.

If you think the board should change then sign up as a member and vote at board elections.

As for on field performance in the creams I don't what to do anymore

The world cup means stuff all, give me the Ashes over the WC any day of the week, i couldnt care less if we never won a world cup game again as along as we held the Ashes every year.

Until we can participate in the true form of the game i dont give a carp what we do in the shorter versions.

Shorter versions of any sport bring the playing field back to an even level. Look at the current NAB cup games.
