McKay got a shocker. Given out LBW to Krezja bowling around the wicket and pitched outside leg.

WA 229
The young QLD quicks picked up 9 wickets with McDermott taking 5 and Gannon 4.
QLD keep producing good young quicks.

Ben Edmonson got a late call up for WA.
After being cut from SA he returned home to WA and was playing club cricket. He is uncontracted this season but due to injuries he got the call up for this match

QLD win by 3 wickets with 6 balls to spare.
WA 229
QLD 7/233
Dunk 115*(124)
Marsh 4/40(11)
Great effort by Ben Dunk, he kept for 50 overs and then opened the innings and carried his bat for a great century. Adam Voges dropped a sitter when he was on 16
QLD equal top of table and undefeated in all forms of cricket this season, Boof is doing a good job up there

they are more than equal top, they are game clear on top in the ryobi cup and after this weeks shield games they will still be at least 10 points in front of the other states.

SLAM Dunk 115 * , played very few great great shots until the last 3 balls he faced
Voges dropped him when less than 20 , oh dear
Didnt see the WA innings
But geez the QL batsman had a lot of luck in their dig

Hogan , and Coulter Nile didnt play, must be injured as they are both good bowlers
Fluke Ronchi 47[47] another terrific late order contribution
Mitch Marsh becoming very Watsonesque these days , bowled superbly for his 4/40, destined to be a star at any level
WA , have a million dollar batting line up, and batting below what they are capable of [been saying this for 3 seasons ]
Cutting did little this match, but Im tipping a ODI or 20/20 career at the next level

Nope but Wade did. He is a ripper.

I bet Paine wishing he was not injured right now. This next 6 months could cost him dearly unless he jumps straight back into form.

Victoria 5/317 (50 overs)
Matty Wade 120 (130 balls)... What a player, what a striker... The Sunday Mail article around Christmas that said Tim Paine was the next Test captain may have an issue... He may not be in the Test team by the time Haddin is done.
Brag Hodge 78 (89)... The best limited overs player in Australia, he's done it again...
Ronald McDonald 23* (13)... What a star... Can play, was brilliant with an "icing on the cake" innings...

WA 6/219(38)
Brave chase by WA but they are 2 batsmen short.
Voges has a groin strain and North has back spasms, neither will bat in this match

Vics thought they had win and also a bonus point, the players shook hands and then Voges came out to bat. WA need 1 run to avoid giving away the bonus point
