Redbacks 5/188

What a knock by Ferg 70* off 40 balls, Christian was good too.

Very good chance, good to see us not roll over.

Great score on that pitch.
94 runs off the last 6 overs!
Ferguson, that was a special knock.

I will admit to having doubted Ferg's ability in T0, but wow that was some knock..
Really rate Kane Richardson too, I hope he plays all forms of cricket for SA this year.
Personally, I would have played Tait ahead of Putland, and I think the two spinners is enough, the balance looked better

We won because Tait didnt play :P
God the Redbacks frustrate me!! Games like the other night make me hate them, when they are bad they are terrible but then games like last night make me love them again!!!
Why cant they be more consistant?!

Because it's T20 and very hard to be consistent. Thought they were fairly consistent in last years Big Bash though, some of you blokes are hard to please....

We are however, very consistent in the longer forms of the game....
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

Agree, Good points. Very fine line between good and bad performances in T20. IF Kallis had taken a regulation catch offered by Fergusson when on 20 odd, probably would have been a completely different result.

Game was won on the selection table, don't play The Wild Thing on anything that is not a quick pitch. Might get a recall for next game, apparently Bangalore will present a quickish pitch, so might just be the swansong for the t20 specialist. I do think that the batting is a bit light on.

NSW score 18 off super over
Henriques faced all 6 balls
Fantastic striking by Henriques
Interesting that Ravi Rampaul bowled the last over and went for 16 and then they throw him the ball for the super over

AB de Villiers has been ruled out of the remainder of the Champions League Twenty20 after fracturing a finger on his left hand during a Royal Challengers Bangalore training session at the Chinnaswamy Stadium. The injury could force de Villiers to miss the start of Australia's tour of South Africa, which begins with a Twenty20 international on October 13.
