SA V TA S/S game Oct 13-16

Klinger has come in and raced to 3 off 25 balls. Scintillating play, pity this isn't on Fox.

SA are 1/125 with Smith 79*.

God damn now I spoke too soon!

Over 40.3: Krejza to Klinger, no run, OUT, tries to drive and leaves a gap between bat and pad which Krejza finds, hitting Klinger's off stump - a much needed wicket for Tas, SA 2/125

Not even Klinger? Albeit hasn't batted yet, but he showed by his form last year that if he was given a Test berth, that he could perform.

Never argue with the "Great Man MAL"
Klinger OUT for 3 off 26 balls.

FREE admission at Adelaide Oval
And what entertainment from Noiseworks....

KLINGER is just good enough to play Test Cricket with another bevy of runs this year
But Im concerned about
'exciting' Test cricket prospects from this game
Thers a few potential limited overs cricketers from what Ive seen though

And please lets not condemn KLINGER on one failure

SMITH ? looked good today

COSGROVE
No doubt again this season when heez making runs thats great, but IF he has an exteded run of failures he will be ordained again as too fat
Let his critics get into him pre season b4 he bats

I saw him today going up the balcony and lets just say the critics will have plenty of ammo

2/194
Smith 112 *
Cosgrove 32*

Smith you beauty,no ZACs yet
Cosgrove giving solid support

Good to get a big lead from here
Hopefully its not one of those everyone declares games, SA always seems to come of 2nd best

The loser of this game is prob finished for the season
The winner of this game, might jag a Pura Cup Final
And if its SA PLEASSSSSSSE play the final on a different venue .....

1. SA would be looking to bat just the once you'd think. Hopefully amass 500, which at 2/200 is on the cards at try to bowl Tassie out on late Day 3 and Day 4

2. Ridiculous call after one match!

Agree.
Should simply be a straight swap for Fergusson in the Aussie team with the bonus that he can bowl as well.
