Another great victory coming up, greatb to see the boys on the improve, top order finding some great form but I reckon it's just so adcock doesnt have to bat, of course this game could have gone the other way if RR's best mate Watto had been playing

Cossie gone back to blocking, obviously trying to let Elliott get a ton, 6 required to win and he needs the 6 to get a ton

Elliott gone for 94, great knock, deserved a ton but not to be, still 6 required, perhaps Cossie should have gone for it last over instead of playing out a maiden

Another win, another bonus point!
Awesome effort by the lads in the field and we did the job with the bat. Elliott brilliant again.

Not a bad way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon!

What was going on is Cossie trying to gift Herb another ton.......probably didn't need to do it with one hit but it's a team game and go SA, into the top 2 now!!!!!!!!

We are a chance to make the final... it's a shame Tassie didn't help us further by beating those Vics the other week. Recent history has shown the 'away' side in the final has won it quite often.. long way to go though.

I'm pissed off about that no result match. That may cost us either a home final or the final.

F.RANGER PLAYER OF THE YEAR

11 HERB
9 DIGHTON
6 VOGES
6 QUINNEY
5 COSGROVE

HERBIE
Arguably the best o/d domestic batsman [not a international player] does it again.
Its got to the stage who gives a ratsarse if he cant produce at P/Cup level
This is the man to win us a f/Cup
Best part about his big scores it stops the skipper having to bat ...

I try to keep us all positive............but let's take the results as they fall....long way from any sort of final yet

If they keep controlling things that are in their control the destination will take care of itself. It didn't help, but the recent form is enough for me to be thinking the state is in a good rebuilding phase and could only get better!!

I fear I'm a minority here.... 8)

Great work well done lads

Often in the past teams getting themselves back to being a competitive outfit first show signs in the one day game which then eventually (later) reflects in the long form of the game

Example - Border's team in the mid 80s got back on track firstly in one day cricket - their 87 world cup was a turning point

So hopefully our one day form is a sign of things to come in the PC altho we prob won't see that fully until next season
In between signatures .....

The tide is turning for SA cricket
0/19[3]
HERB 16*[14] he is simply started majestically, what a player of vintagious proportions.
Pity QL didnt make an extra 20 runs, might stop HERB from getting his 3rd ton in a row !

Yes it was a pity QL didnt make enough !!!!
Question
Has any domestic player made 3 consecutive o/day tons ????

Sa will still have to win there last two games to make the final with the vics only 8 points behind us and 3 games up there sleeve. but good to see cosi putting his hand up for the australian one day side averaging almost 50.
