My solution is to keep bowling until the umps call it off, only need 4 balls to take 4 wickets from memory

A few positives but lets be realistic zero points, a first innings loss on our home deck against a very average opposition.

In hindsight was the first innings decleration correct considering our bowling performance against tassie

All I want is some points even it if is only two

South Australia is getting close to about 20 games in a row without an outright win in the SS
QL are 6 wickets down
Game called off
There is according to the Cricket Australia site about 13 minutes of play left
HTF do you call a game off with this long to go ???????????????????????????
HTF does Ferguson bowl the last over of the innings

WTF is going on
SA play 4 days of cricket, and then dont play the last 13 or so minutes

The only time you EVER concede a game with 4 wickets remaining is with 3 balls left to bowl

Footnote
IF the CA website calculation , or impending bad light was a reason, then I reserve my criticism
If not, WTF is going on

game called off cos both captains agreed that the draw would be the most likely outcome???

not really that unusual.

The equation :

13 MINUTES = ABOUT 3 OVERS
SA NEED 3 WICKETS OFF 18 BALLS
QL NEED 93 RUNS OFF 18 BALLS

Your a gambler Tiger
Ask yourself 2 questions

1 Can SA win ?
2 Can QL win ?

If you answer YES 1 , you are right in thinking its a remote possibility
If you answer YES 2 , put your answer in the Best Jokes thread please

Much better effort by the boys this match. Lost maybe the 6 points when Cutting came into bat in the first innings and we didn't get him out quickly. Turned a 80 run lead into a first innings loss. Another hour and 80 runs and I think we would have won outright.

I think some of these lads have forgotten how to win
