I would bat Siddle in front of Harris

I wouldn't have, but I would now.

Can seriously bat but he's definitely not showing it at this level.

Defence is very suspect at test level. Always been a very hit or miss with the bat and more suited to one day cricket. In fact id have Hilfy in front of him.

Very, very disappointing after lunch. Collapse, to be expected with this team.

I think we're 50 short.

Watson
Marsh
Hussey
Khawaja
Ponting
Ferguson
Haddin
Johnson
Siddle
Bollinger
Hilfenhaus

So your going to drop our most consistent bowler for the series.

Harris in for Hilfenhaus and you have a good side.

Who is the most consistent bowler?

Regardless, you know they will pick Beer and keep Hughes. Ponting will stay at three. Selectors seem to be reluctant to chop certain players and reluctant to keep certain players. Perhaps it's all done on how players communicate to the selectors off the field?

Aust all out 309, very disappointing batting display again apart from Hussey and Watson

IMHO i think we are about 50 to 60 runs short, this pitch now looks like a belter as it should on Day 3.

we are going to have to bowl and field very well to knock England over.

To be any chance we need at least 2 possibly 3 wickets tonight

Yes, leading by 333 with 6 wickets in hand, we should have attained a lead of 450 and virtually sealed the win.

While Channel 9 was running an ad, Cricinfo fills in:
Cricinfo wrote:And there's a bit of a delay now as a streaker runs on. Well, to be precise, he was a pitch invader who only began to undress as he was running on to the WACA, which made his job rather difficult. Smiles all around as the Australian players laugh at his idiocy. But the WACA was where a man ran on during the ODIs last year and tackled a Pakistan fielder, so the ground authorities won't be happy; they were supposed to be putting up some netting to stop such things.

Did my eyes just deceive me or did Punter come out and congratulate everyone, went to tap the sub fielder on the bum, then realised it was the sub and pulled out and walked the other way?? Bit poor by Ricky if so....
