Travis Head still unproven at this level.

forgotten last season????? Tom Cooper was the leading run scorer........after starting the season without a contract he played every available game to the Redbacks either with the white ball or red

NSW batting looks pretty weak if Warner and Smith don’t fire. Would of been nice to have another 100 runs to play with

And he wasnt even out in the 2nd innings.
Replay showed he CLEARLY hit a full toss INTO the ground on its way to slip. NSW Appealed and Cooper walked off somewhat confused. Dont think the umpire even gave it out.

Eventually bowled out for 63, Tasmania's lowest ever Sheffield Shield score. WA win by 301 runs.

Good fight back by Lehmann and Head, but let themselves down with the way they got out. Lehmann flicks a short ball to third man and Head gets out pulling to deep square leg with two back. Neither have the temperament to play Test cricket.

As skipper Trav has to convert those scores.

Just saw the score again as I’m at the races. Happy with both lads but disappointed they didn’t kick on. Hopefully Carey can rob up here and get an Ashes Cap
