Starc, Johnson?
Or do they pluck someone who is doing well at Shield level like Bird, Faulkner or Feldman

I'd pick Bird and Starc for Perth. As much as I love Lyon, I don't think you can play him at Perth

Why not? He'll be a handful on the WACA wicket. Hazlewood and even Johnson are ahead of Bird by the way.
