Sign of a good player can go back and do well

Wish some our other batters who were dropped recently had the same intestinal fortitude.

179no when NSW declared.
Would of been the first keeper in the history of Shield cricket to make two double centuries.
Meanwhile we are stuck with Wade mouthing off all day and then standing flat footed and letting balls go between him and first slip

Burns 68 yesterday....the only one is Ferguson who is horrendously out of form only made worse by getting only 1 test match then sent back to the shield.

Very encouraging that both Burns and Nevill, especially Nevill who made 179 not out went back to state cricket and made a big score. Exactly what he needed.

9,10 and 11 added 100 between them. Too much in a game that will be tight.

Smith might be due a stint at district level if there's another opening bat knocking on the door.

With 1 game until the 'mid season' break is it worth bringing in someone for that?

Dang, forgot that there was a silly seven-week break in the middle of the season.
