Yep unfortunately we are stuck with the muppet for a few more series yet.
Id rather give Hughes the gloves.
We have no hope as long as Wade is at 6, clueless against spin

Thousands of years ago many people believed in a god named Zeus. Zeus was the supreme god and ruler of Olympus. He was known by many titles: Lord of the Sky, the Cloud- gatherer, the Rain-god and Zeus the Thunderer, all of which show which force of nature was considered to be the most important in Ancient World - rain.

Hughes is an even worse batsmen on any deck that doesn't allow him to cut.

I think Watson's relevance to Australian Test cricket has nose-dived with Henriques performance in this match.

Taking nothing away from a truly awesome debut from Henriques, but it is still his debut. Wait till the end of the series. Watson is still a gifted cricketer and should still be given the chance. He has been moved all over the place and just needs 2 find his spot. Open with Warner and Watson. Both players have the style 2 get us off 2 a great start. Cowan could be a great number three if he sticks 2 his natural game and uses the angles. Hughes four. Has the ability 2 counter punch. Clarke just has everything. I think we need a true number six. Henriques i hope could be this guy. Get Paine back in. Way better bat then Wade and Haddin. Maybe not yet stat wise. Maybe not yet till he can tie his shoe laces without breaking a bone. But he is the full package. Are bowlers are all talented and varied, just need 2 pick horses for courses.

I just can't cop the number of times our blokes come down with gastro complaints when touring these foul countries like India and Pakistan. Eating uncooked food like salads is a complete risk because its all washed and sprayed with water so you might as well just drink the stuff. Ice cubes in drinks is a major source of infection. Cleaning teeth etc with tap water is just too silly for words too. Sure, hotels and restaurants make claims of hygiene and other precautions being taken in accordance with local laws and regulations, but really, would you trust these people? Even some of their bottled water is dodgy. You should only drink Evian or Perrier and clean your teeth with it.

Extremely harsh. The bloke copped two balls that were extremely reactive to the pitch. One kept low and one jumped like jordan

wade may struggle against spin, but how about some of those above him???

You want hughes to take the gloves???? that does belong in the best jokes thread imo

It wouldn't be wise to drink tap water in any developing nation.

Keeping Hussey and Ponting in the side for as long as they did before moving them on/ them walking to me is a major reason for the situation we're in.
Either stick with them or move them on 15 months ago...

Maybe but we shall see CK. If he can't cut then he can't cut it. I hope I'm proven wrong and that he racks them up this series but I doubt he will.

Would be fantastic if we could bat through another session. Get 120 in front.
