Heres a stat not so good.

Of players who have batted more than 50 times in ODi cricket, Ponting has 4th worst end (last five innings) to their career

Last 5 innings
10 runs @ 2.00 - S Matsikenyeri (Zim) 109 innings
16 runs @ 3.20 - MW Gatting (Eng) 88 innings
17 runs @ 3.40 - B Zuiderent (Zim) 56 innings
18 runs @ 3.60 - RT Ponting (Aus) 365 innings

8 runs @ 1.60 - JR Murray (45 innings)
11 runs @ 2.20 - GA Lohmann (26 innings)
15 runs @ 3.00 - SK Raina (26 innings)

Shaun Marsh hasnt fared much better

Aus v SL - 2nd Final

140 - Warner followed up his century in the first final in Brisbane with yet another hundred. He became the first batsman to score two centuries in the finals of the tri-series in Australia. However, Warner's century came off 140 balls and is the seventh slowest by an Australian batsman. It is also the slowest century by an Australian batsman since David Boon's effort against West Indies in 1992
179 - The opening stand between Tillakaratne Dilshan and Mahela Jayawardene is the second-highest for Sri Lanka against Australia after the 237-run partnership between Marvan Atapattu and Sanath Jayasuriya in Sydney in 2003.
- Dilshan became only the second player after Neil Johnson (v Pakistan in 1998) to open both the batting and bowling, bowl ten overs and score a century.

Sri Lanka v England

- Sri Lanka's win is only their second since Muttiah Muralitharan's retirement and their first at home.

- England have now gone on to lose four consecutive Tests. This is the first such sequence for them after the 0-5 whitewash in Australia in 2006-07

- Rangana Herath's performance is his best in Tests. His 12-wicket haul makes him only the fifth Sri Lanka bowler to pick up ten wickets in a match.

Obviously murali and vaas.

Good choice with chandana I reckon (he either took 9 or 10 from memory). Or did he take 9 and Jayasauria take a 10 fa?

I know Mendis took 10 fa against India (was on debut/debut series from memory).
