havent been able to stand up for half hour now, firstly due to an email i recieved from a mate and then MJ has me light headed

We all bagged the selectors for bringing Johnson into the side without having played a game inbetween the Gabba and this game but they have done some tremendous work with his action as he is swinging the ball back into the right hander and it makes him twice the bowler.

So well done to the coaches for fixing up his action so quickly and well done to the selectors for getting it right with him.

No one else agrees the selectors got this one right?

If butter fingered HUSSEY could catch it would have been a big day for MJ

IF he bowls anything like he did today, he will scare the British batsman this Test game
MJ and the outa form AU skipper are the only 2 players capable of turning it on the next 4 days to level the series 1 all

I would open with Rhino Harris and MJ this morning
They are the 2 explosive bowlers, and the most capable of getting 2-3 wickets in a spell
But then again with 4 fast bowlers Ponting might be concerned about the over rate
There4 I conlude that it would be no surprise if Smith and Clarke get first crack atem this morning

Who would I bowl after lunch
The only way the Poms will score is off short pitched bowling and Prior/Bell/Swann get a few scoring opportunities
So I would bowl the best stump to stump bowler
Peter Siddle, givem nothing
MJ not sure this session as good as he is he might leak runs if he loses the radar
MJ has demolitioned the top order, now its up to the other 3 non match winners to bowl line and length and finish em off

MJ to open and only bowl him if he does not leak runs

Great opportunity with no BROAD in the tail
TREMLETT/ANDO/FIN should be cheap wickets
