I agree..... he's in everything.
The decision to make him captain is something you have to take with a pinch.

Australia 179
Had 59 (23)
Short 41 (26)
Livingstone 3/22

England currently 4/54

The match (and series) is also being broadcast on ABC sport radio.

All out 151 so Aussies win by 28 runs in the end.

Stoinis and David were both out LBW in consecutive balls, both given not out, England review and both out. Would have dented the umps confidence :D

Just watched the highlights, how can they not be given out by the umpire?! They looked absolutely plumb, especially the Stoinis one, WTAF hahahaha.

2nd T20 between Aust and England tonight from 11.00pm

Good timing, time for a short break after the Power win ;) and then a few hours of cricket before shut eye

Hahaha, just on that, Matt Roller on Cricinfo made the point that in the first T20 that 21 of the 22 players playing in the match could bowl or keep wicket, the only one who couldn't was Jamie Overton who while is an allrounder played as a specialist bat because if a back injury preventing him from bowling.

Bartlett has a side strain, I read Hazlewood was just rotated/rested and not injured?

Word is Cam Green will not bowl this summer
Means a bowling workload for Mitchell Marsh as the allrounder
Can Marsh bowl the overs Green was expected to bowl in a 5 test series v India ?

Should Marsh get injured, is there another quality allrounder to select ?

I thought ’no’ instantly but then remembered his gully fielding. Really is 50/50

I'm fascinated by what the top 6 will be, Green getting injured and potentially not playing does the selectors and team a favour as it allows Smith to go back to 4 (which all the noise surrounding the team indicates it will happen) and have a specialist opener come in. If Green plays who opens? Labuschagne? Head? Green? Smith still? From the outside the disorganisation of the top 6 doesn't seen ideal going into such a huge series.

Last series in Oz the Ozzies from memory did ok v top order, but could not finish off the tail
If there's no other allrounder, should the ozzies play Carey at 6 and play an extra front line bowler, who can bat ?
Someone like Neser fits that criteria
IF ozzies go in with 4 bowlers + Head Smith and Lab to bowl , could be a bit sus
