the umpire maybe didn't give it out because of the DRS in place. he probably thought, that's bloody close, surely they will ask for a review? I feel that without the DRS he would have given it, so either use the DRS for all appeals, or piss it off.

Lot of ifs and maybes there. Obviously the umpire thought it wasn't out.
Would rather get rid of drs than review every appeal. What would happen in India when there are 2-3 appeals every over.
