bit of confusion, fox sports reckoned it was 12 and 12 but cricket.com.au and cricinfo reckon 15 and 11, you wouldnt think it would be that **** hard to keep tally, it was great to watch!

When D Smith was batting today the cricket ball was Lost In Space

Apart from Simon Katich, would any of the others have played today if all NSW players were available ?

I thought Okeefe f...d up today
He kept bowling Abbott, and the young bloke got smashed relentlessly , and didnt bowl himself

Should read
Abbott was smashed relentlessly in the last 10-15 overs of the VI innings
His skipper Okeefe should have bowled himself ,at some stage, in that period of time

Should they even be allowed to play matches at North Sydney Oval?!! Place is a bloody postage stamp! You see community cricket grounds that are bigger..

i agree - and teh pitch is flatter than adelaide oval, the only reason vics didnt set a 400+ target was because the pitch was damp for the first 20 or so overs

if i was a selector picking a team to play there i would have at least 9 batters and just slog from ball one

Tasmania v Victoria starts in about half an hour.

Tasmania: George Bailey (c), Mark Cosgrove, Ed Cowan, Xavier Doherty, Brendan Drew, James Faulkner, Evan Gulbis, Ben Hilfenhaus, Matt Johnston, Brady Jones, Nick Kruger, Jason Krejza (12th man to be named).
Victoria: Cameron White (c), Mark Cleary, Aaron Finch, Jayde Herrick, Brad Hodge, Jon Holland, David Hussey, Andrew McDonald, Clint McKay, Glenn Maxwell, James Pattinson, Rob Quiney, Matthew Wade (one to be omitted, 12th man to be named).

Would have to look at Victoria as favorites, White, Finch, Hodge, D Hussey, McDonald, Maxwell, Quiney, Wade all capable of big scores, Herrick, McDonald, Pattinson, McKay Holland all quality bowlers, Cleary should definitely miss, as will one of the batsmen.
Tassie really have Bailey and Cossie that can make runs, the rest are fairly sporadic. Hilfenhaus and the spinners, Krejza and Doherty are the keys.
