Ended up with 15no, then gave an honest assement of the pitch, saying that the club has the best Indoor/Social facilites in NZ (theyve just spent $20million) but the pith was not up to standard. And has it cause a shit storm with radio saying hes just being precious :roll: , hes given so much to the media during his come back and now theyre riding on his comment..Dickheads

- Tim Southee takes 3/23 in the second innings in his return match
- Andre Adams takes 11/123 (surprised that in a time when NZ bowling has been lacking in depth, he could play only one test - has taken 557 FC wickets)

36 now (his time had truely passed by)
The test was in 2002

it harsh in fact. 27 and not another test.
would have been struggling to get ahead of Vettori, Cairns, Bond, Martin?, plus the allrounders in McMillan and Astle. Cant remember the other opening bowler from that time

They had plenty of spuds play more than 1 test match around the turn of the century

- Shayne O'Connor (19 between 97-01)
- Darryl Tuffey (26 between 00-10)
