Sachin made 160 and now to rub salt into the wounds the tail is wagging with Zaheer Khan on 47*

Tendaulker 160
Gambhir 72
Dravid 66
Dhoni 47
Singh 47*

Martin 3/98 and O'Brien 3/103 have the best figures.

9 fa with khan and bhaji still in??? :?

My mistake was meant to write Khan.

All out now Khan made 51* and India have already struck with Khan dismissing McIntosh for a third ball duck.

NZ 1/3

and if they gave Mcintosh out they had to have given out Dhoni out earlier...
very crap umpiring IMO. refer dhoni's and inconclusive so given not out.Tendulkar takes catch at first, batsman doesnt walk and umpire gives him based on Tendulkar claiming it.
Thats coming from the people that accused the Australian's of cheating. the bigggest hypocrits in the world are the indian cricket side.

Yeah its a tough one isnt it. I would prefer umpires to give it out as they see it because nearly every time they refer these they are given not out. That looked very inconclusive either way IMO.

Your spot on though, if that was referred it would have been given not out. My first thought was it hit the ground but who knows.

Well, India are cruising to a 10 wicket victory; the target set was 39 and currently they are 0/23.

New Zealand made 279 in their second innings, matching their 279 in the first.

India did get home by 10 wickets, knocked off the 39 required in 5 and a bit overs

Indias first win in NZ for 33 years, not sure how many they have played over that time though

2nd test began today between India and NZ with india leading 1-0

NZ won the toss and elected to bat. At Stumps they are 4/351 after being 3/22.

Taylor (154) and Ryder (137*) played brilliant knock and now have put NZ in the box seat as long as they can push the total along tomorrow. Ryder is really in excellent form.

If Yuvraj could catch, they woulda been 4/30 odd NZ with franklin and ryder at the crease. Ryder at number 5 has set him on fire. he is a real good bat. thought he was just a one day hack, but jeeze he has some temperment and is a real good bat.

Yes

Strained his back. Sehwag is the stand in captain.

6/486. Ryder gone for a super 201.

Good knock by Ryder. McCullum may just be able to up the pace here and get them to 550 very quickly.

McCullum 103*

Wow! Go the Kiwis! I knew they were 4/351, but I expected them to collapse from there. Instead they did the opposite.

New Zealand vs India
3rd Test
Wellington

STUMPS - DAY ONE

India 9/375
SR Tendulkar 62
Harbhajan Singh 60
MS Dohni 52
V Sehwag 48
CS Martin 3/95
IE O'Brien 2/88
TG Southee 2/94
DL Vettori 0/47 (9 overs)

NZ would be upset at letting india back in after having them 6/204 having sent them into bat.
Daniel Vettori going for more than 5 an over, not what you see everyday
