Where has the excitement gone...?
We were so spoilt in the "Packer" era with "World Series"

Pity James doesn't have the foresight....

They need a real coach to shake the Hollywood crap out ... I feel for Clive, Viv and co watching this pathetic attempt to be a cricket side

I reckon it was in the last test but did anyone else catch the Michael Holding interview on the Cricket show?
Found it hilarious, he had a fair crack at the players and called the WICB a bunch of jokers who are only trying to fatten their own wallets and dont care about the state of cricket over there.
He reckons nothing will change unless there is a complete overhaul

Many ex WI greats have said that for the past decade or more.

The fielder can use hand or arm, which would include all up to the shoulder, as long as the ball is in the same hand...
If a fielder clasps the ball in both hands then you can use either arm...hence I think that earlier decision should have been out.

1. Wicket put down
(a) The wicket is put down if a bail is completely removed from the top of the stumps, or a stump is struck out of the ground,
(v) by a fielder with his hand or arm, providing that the ball is held in the hand or hands so used, or in the hand of the arm so used.

Think you'll find the arm is classified in this instance as elbow down
