Chuck was on 5AA last night giving his opinion on why the Aussie batters are struggling against England
Would think he would be the last person to question batting seeing as though he is in charge of the most brittle batting line up in Australian Cricket FFS!!

Not really his fault though that SA cricket has no batting depth.

The problem was there way before he arrived.

Exactly. The fact Berry got anything out of that batting lineup is a miracle.

It is some of the statements he makes that make me laugh.

1st Test last summer - Watson injured - "I think Dan Christian is the next in line to replace Watson, best allrounder in Australia" or something similar was the quote. Where are you now Dan.

Middle last summer - "I think Luderman is the best wk/bastman in Australia" after a successful T/20 season. Tim Paine, Brad Haddin and Mat Wade all have made Test & First Class hundreds, Luderman yet to make one - yeah right Chuck.

Today - Chad Sayers is the best swing bowler in Australian, ideal for UK conditions. Jackson Bird obviously doesn't count with his last 3 summers for Tas.

FFS Chuck, keep your mouth shut you are embarassing yourself.

He's doing his job, isn't he? Major goal is about international cricketers. Trophies are second in line.

Truth and integrity, surely they are character traits that speak volumes about people. Big difference between pushing to a bunch of journalists, than articulate conversations with national selectors.

SA beaten by NT yesterday.

virtually a full strength SA side (Klinger, Head, Ferguson, Ludeman, Putland, Botha, Richardson, Zampa, Sayers) made 234 off their 50 overs. had NT 5/43 after 17 but lost by 3 wickets with six overs to spare.

Sack Chuck FFS!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
