Haven't seen it but I assume it's cause there was only a limited run of the "pink" shirts and after batting so long they started to run out so were sharing. Prolly also why Pup went to the long sleeve after tea.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

Murphy's Law would dictate that, now I've opened my trap..

Hussey 3 away from his own ton & a well deserved one at that. Reckon Clarke will push on to 500 lead while the going is good. Tendulkar might bat for a week on this straw-coloured highway. ;)

No good if he only has bunnies up the other end.
India will fold like a pack of cards trying to bat for a draw

And there's the BCCI's trigger to pull* out of the tour

I'm actually surpised they didnt pull out of the England tour. They seriously got smashed there.

As for the gesture, well thats life. Our cricketers would cop plenty from the Indian crowds as well. I dont think there should be any repramand for it. Its life move. It just means now the crows will target him more, so really its now more his problem. Unless of course if was anything racists, thats obviously not ok.

come of it stanley!, commonsense has prevailed and he has been fined 50% of his match fee, quite rightly too, we cant have players abusing the crowd

As for the comment "should we grind them into the ground". I think it's already done. Dhoni is just wasting time now. Can't stand when captains allow test cricket to just meander like it is. Make something happen Dhoni!

They're mentally shagged, so these extra runs are just icing on the cake.

This will be over very soon. I can't see India batting for a whole day the way they physically appear.

Good call GH.

Must say, it's been bloody nice watching us dominate with the bat again.

Not without a silly chance of Australia declaring today at 600, and Sehwag batting for two days

To be fair, India bowled 32 overs in that session, When was the last time that many have been bowled? Very rare these days to see 30.

So in the last 12 months the Aussies have played in 9 Test Matches...

Hussey has played all 9, scored 737 runs at 52.64 with 3 100's, 3 50's and 3 ducks.
Clarke has played all 9, scored 856 runs at 61.14 with 4 hundreds, 1 50 and 1 duck.
Ponting has played in 8, scored 549 runs at 39.21 with 1 hundred and 4 50's and 2 ducks.

Clarke's stats are pumped up by this innings, but even without that he has been a standout, think Hussey has also shown he is still in the best XI while Ponting still needs to continue his current form otherwise the headhunters will continue to chase him...

I reckon if ponting can continue to average above 40-45 then he should stay in the team, although that average is not setting the world on fire it is pretty reasonable and he adds so much experience to the team!
