England aren't flash but they have never seriously been in any real risk of losing any of the matches they have won, only exception being the washed out test. Australia have had a good session occasionally that has papered over the massive issues this side currently faces.

Exactly, Australia are lacking consistency which has cost them dearly. Prime example was the poor bowling to England's tail (Ryan Harris is excused mostly). It was like watching the Redbacks bowl to a tail end  Remove the top order then let the tail off the hook and get easy runs which leaves the Batsmen behind the 8 ball trying to make up for that poor bowling.

Matt Prior is struggling for runs at the minute.

But Chappeli has it right during lunch break last night we have some massive problems brewing with Clarke and his back issues, Haddin not getting any younger. Rogers in the same boat. He even suggested that the next Captain could be Steve Smith  . FFS let him cement his spot in the side before start talking about leading the side

My corrugated automatic wicky fence is far more reliable that Haddin behind the pegs though.

Doesn't the state of our international side imitate itself at the domestic level?

Oppositions bottom order get a stack of runs that ultimately turns the game.

When batting, we can't play spin and can't occupy the crease.

All stems from our suburban level I feel - that an 20/20 and the quick buck it derives.

Must of missed his dropped catches in the first few tests.
Terrible keeper, 5th test should be his farewell match

Thats because Wade is garbage.
Wade and Haddin are probably the two worst glovesman in Australia.
Time to pick the best keeper not the best batter who can handle the gloves a little

Lost at the selection table in the first two tests IMHO.

Agar's selection was the kind of bold masterstroke/panicked throw a dart at any spinner's name good teams may be able to take but not ones clinging on perilously to past glorious times like the Aussies are.

Bird should have played earlier, Hughes deserved more chances than he got and Starc's inclusion will always baffle me.

England aren't that good and will probably go on to win the series 4 - 0.

Bring back Digger. :D

I have no pre-conceived vendetta against him, I just think he's a poo keeper, I've seen a few drops this season by him, he did take a great catch last test though.

They both keep like they are wearing oven mits. I'm not sold on Paine either, could he last 5 days without getting injured?

Surely Hughes should play ahead of Khawaja? Would rather see them persist with Hughes even through lean times over Khawaja - at least Hughes looks like he has the ability to take a game on and score big scores, Khawaja just looks like he is batting to survive!

The CA selectors should just create a FB survey/poll or something and let the public select the side :D
