if the redbacks are dominating the grand final on saturday & the redbacks are 'chirpy' towards the NSW players, i wonder whether mark waugh will say ''winners are grinners'' just like he has said in the preliminary final tonight

As I have said a few times
Some of the batting orders stun me

TA bat first
COSGROVE
WELLS
LOCKYEAR
COWAN

Fancy sending those 4 guys out first in a 17 over game
COSI proven failure in 20/20 something the dopey hierachy in TA have not realised
WELLS a one hit wonder
LOCKYEAR either he opens the batting or he watches the game
COWAN batting 4 , another who needs to open or watch the game

Whats even more bewildering
BIRT + BAILEY smashed the WA bowlers a few days ago, then tonight batted 5+6 in a 17 over game
They come in at 4/25, game effectively over
HAVE THE PEOPLE WHO RUN CRICKET IN TASMANIA GOT A SKERRIT OF BRAIN CELL ACTIVITY ?
Are they that stoooopid
Last game v WA
BAILEY 51[30]BIRT 25[13] a 73 partnership that won the match

CUMMINS 4/16 [4]
Cant wait to see him in the Ryobi Cup, and the SS in Febuary
What a star, I thought after seeing him in his debut game that he was a talent

WARNER 70*[49]
Been waiting all summer for an effort like this
For NSW to win the final he needs to bat like this

usually the bat first system is the way to go however both wet matches in the big bash has ended up with the team chasing winning the match this year...hopefully tassie wins

now after the event, i believe i was correct...george made a mistake batting first in a 'wet match'
