People wonder why I get so irritable with modern cricket. Two batsmen cruising along in no trouble, 2 and a half days remaining .... and they take a risky single. Fair dinkum, the comtemporary cricketer has crap for brains

here f**king here!!!!!

Australian cricket is in 5hite loads of trouble if we dont start promoting youth and long term test players.

Hughes- awful technique but has hit plenty of runs at other levels, reminds me of a young Michael Slater, give him an extended run

Watson- shitehouse at running between wickets and making big scores BUT is extremley consistent and has a great technique, personally he is our next number 3 batsmen he would be perfect for that role.

Ponting- absolutly love punter but he is coming to the end of his career, his captaincy isnt strong enough to hold him in the side if his batting isnt in form, personally i would bat him down at 6 if you are going to keep him in the side.

Clarke- the biggest frontrunner of all, has class and technique but has the heart of a pea and struggles when the ball or pitch has any kind of movement in it. i personally think he needs to go hit some runs for NSW.

Hussey- has been brilliant this season and we know he gives 100% and Australia can count on him when we are in trouble, can set his own retirement date

Smith- i hear he brings alot in the changeroom (what i wonder) and his fielding is great BUT the bloke is not a number 6 test match batter and is not a test match spinner bowler, bye for now but keeping working does have a future, just not yet.

Haddin- is the best keeper batsmen in Australia holds his spot as an experienced player.

Johnson- is the best wicket taking bowler in the country and is more than handy with the bat, just needs to play less cricket meaning not so much ODI and T20

Harris- now has ankle stress fracture that is probably the end of his test career at his age

Siddle- his the heart and soul of the bowling attack, his position should not be in question use in the correct situations and be rewarded, long term player

Hilfenhaus- sorry bud you are a consistent handy bowler but you are 5km and one trick away from being a classy test bowlers, you dont do enough to trouble the quality test batsmen, you have been a great first class player, at your age bye bye there is plenty of young blokes who are better value long term than you

England bowling very well at the moment, the Aussies need to work really hard rite now and make the ugly, tough runs they didn't do in the 1st innings. If we can get thru this little period unscathed then who knows.

I've had a gutful or Prior today. He knew he didn't catch that and yet he left it for the umpires to decide. Prior's a cheat.

I love Kerry O'Keeffe.

A miner bird was close to the commentary box and it could be heard through the radio. KOK says "He's got great aspirations, he wants to be a major bird!"

Then when someone sends an SMS to the commentary team asking for him to be fined 40% of his match fee. KOK says "I'm happy to pay $19.50!"
