Apparently no spin in the wicket and its one of the flattest the players have played on

I would still expect the first test pitch to be a turner from day one. It would be india's best chance of winning.

I think Michael Clarke is in for a huge series. But in saying that he has big series every series these days

Just read inverarity's latest thoughts. Not a blade of grass on the test pitch, will turn from day one, but he is thinking 3 quicks, 1 spinner and Maxwell.

Yep and im glad he wont be,

Personally i dont really rate him, he just seems to lack that *something* that will take him to the next level.

He has a nice technique and he goes about his business nicely but he doesnt seem to have that one outstanding attribute that will make him a quality test batsmen.

Agree and.its really frustrating because he seems to have the technique to be a solid player.
