Haddin is a proven performer at test level, why give a bloke an opportunity just because he's young, never mind the fact he cant keep. You get better keeping with Haddin and as good if not better batting.

Are there more people working at the ground than in the crowd?

Paine, Manou, Haddin, Wade now you want Hartley?

And to all you that say "I don't care if he doesn't make runs, as long as his keeping is amazing" you are so FULL OF CRAP! I can guarantee that if Hartley came in and wasn't hitting scores, you would soon be calling for his head as well!

We were blessed to have some amazing cricketers in the past - Gilchrist, Hayden, Warne, McGrath etc.. those times are gone, it's not far to try and compare new players to these guys or discover the next them!

The problem is that most people are trying to compare and want a keeper who will produce with the bat what Gilchrist did. Perhaps we should be more realistic and expect a keeper to produce with the bat what Healy did. Wade is an excellent cricketer but a very average keeper at the moment. Haddin is no better with the gloves but his time to improve is long gone. I'd stick with Wade for the time being but unless he dramatically improves his keeping he should be in trouble before too long.

Probably hard to get time off at this time of year for most people so that would lower the crowd a little bit.

Also a pretty hard time for most people spending craploads on christmas.

Still crowds have been average.

Wade is a terrible keeper. Okay batsman but not an international standard keeper. However with our carp batting line up apart from Clarke and Hussey he has to play.

You don't get better keeping with Haddin. Both he and Wade are ordinary behind the stumps. Wade could potentially improve though but Haddin's time has passed.

What Summer have you watched. Our batting has been good. It's only the bowling that stopped us from beating the world number one and again in this test the batters have done their job

DRS s@cks ass and takes the excitement and spontaneous moments out of the game. Needs to revert to the Ryobi system where the 3rd umpire only over rules absolute shockers.
When you can't get excited over a wicket the game suffers. It's crap and it cost us the Adelaide Test. It's gotta be addressed, takes a lot for me to get the sh-t$ with the cricket but when you can't get excited about dismissals.

PS - f#ck off Kumar

The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt
