Peter George: "It would have been nice to take that wicket couple of hundred runs before. I will take it but. It felt great to get one on the board. I am not used to these conditions and crowd. There wasn't much bounce and so we tried other ways to get wickets. We have three wickets in hand and we have runs on the board and try to bowl them out and win the match. There is not much regulation swing here but its reverse swinging

Apparently we have ;)

He got Dhoni today. But anyway how many did Warne dismiss? The majority of his wickets would've been tail enders.

Dont know about that. Better ask the Windies, Saffas and Poms but I recall Warney knocking their top order over regularly.

As for Hauritz's two 5 fors, who were they against? A fixed test against the Pakis and another against a Windies team that the Redbacks would probably beat at the moment

Redbacks? Please. Apart from the first test the Windies played some good cricket in Australia last year.

His batting has really declined over the past 12 or so months, he was bordering on being a genuine all-rounder not so long ago.

Over 71.2: Khan to Johnson, no run, OUT, fantastic reply! Gets the ball to reverse sharply and Johnson shoulders arms, the ball crashes into middle and off stump. Australia now 8/217.

We are beginning to make a habit of getting bowled shouldering arms......

Batsmen have no respect for Hauritz even on a 5th day wicket.

and Ponting the dip**** keeps him on    What an absolutely disgraceful decision. Until now I have never considered the Aussies to be involved in throwing matches but, when Ponting keeps him on and surprise surprise he goes for another 10 in his second over, what a tool!
It must be so demoralising for the other Aussie bowlers when 5 overs into an innings Ponting brings on Hauritz, presumably because he thinks he is the best man for the job. HAVE A LOOK AT HIS RECENT FIGURES RICKY, THE BLOKES A DUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
