Potential to be 0/150 off 12 overs or 2/10 off 8 with that combo. I'm a bit old fashioned in cricket, I believe you have to have a 'Rock' at the top of the order. Dravid and to a lesser extent Langer, Cook and Rogers type, but not quite Boycott if you get what I mean.

Agreed, but who? ( Don't say S.Marsh )

Perth crowds have been a disgrace for years now.

Gabba pretty competitive too, considering the catchment area within 100km or so of Brisbane.

Could do worse than Faulkner in the all rounder spot.

Is it just me or does the 3rd umpire asking 'Can you rock and roll that please?' get on other people's nerves too?

Nah- the whole DRS gets on my nerves. I'd love us to piss it off like India quite frankly.

Another decision showing how inaccurate the hawk eye is with M Marsh.

Anyone would be better than M Marsh!
Has there ever been a worse alrounder play consecutive tests like he has for Australia?

50 to Nevill off 138 balls.
Good to see a Aussie show some grit and value their wicket

Good to see him get some runs as he's someone who has needed them.

Hazlewood was going alright too. At this rate they could bat Starc or Hazlewood at number 6, couldn't do any worse than Mitch Marsh.

Just pathetic. If the selectors don't make changes I hope the public boycott games, hit CA where it hurts

No arguments there, hate to think how many he will get in the series, already a top replacement for Steyn

They just mentioned that Shaun Marsh is out of the next test with a broken finger. Joe Burns and Callum Furguson have been added to the squad.

Maddison? No way.

Personally I wouldn't change the bowling attack. But there's plenty of pressure on them with blokes taking wickets in shield cricket.

Mitch Marsh simply needs to go. And Voges is on very thin ice aswell.

With Shaun Marsh out that will mean Joe Burns will open the batting. I'm a fan of Burns so good to see him straight back in.

Furguson into the squad means he has to replace either Mitch Marsh or Voges. Marsh simply has to go first.
