And yet a team needing 87 off 66 balls with 10 wickets left would be $1-10 favorites with the Bookies

To constitute a game the side batting 2nd should be made to bat at least 75 % of the overs [being 15 overs]

No sport should be decided on a system

This 5 over result crapp is a joke

However if it didnt rain, the attack looked threadbare after that

Floros in the same over snicked a ball to the keeper, was given not out
Next ball Floros was given out caught behind of his thigh pad
Floros was called back to continue his innings, the umps reversed the decision

Would have to Agree with Mal on this one.To decide a match after 1 team has faced only 33 balls is FARCICAL but i couldn't care less because the whole comp is a FARCE. To punters who feel they've been ripped off, Stiff shit, no sympathy for yous, if you're stupid enough to bet on this rubbish, yous deserve to lose although Mal will still win because he's more clever than the average mug punter.
Would've been fairer to have a 1 ball bowl off to decide the match than use a formula in this case.

It was a wet day, and a constant drizzle to a shower
I was trying to end the game b4 the rain came pelting
We needed 19 runs in about 162 balls to win
If it rained the Duckworth Lewis would have my team winning in a canter, and Booney to cry
BUT

Mal was out for 30 [25 balls] at 4/49, still miles up on the D/L charts [8 needed]
There was a dramatic collapse and Woodville was out for 57 , 1 run short

This is just a random game, and a freak win for WYC centre
So whilst there is a mathematical chance ,no matter thae probabilty, no game should have a conclusion by a formula

Just for the record Booneys mob made 2/26 in the 2nd dig
Booney was 19 not out
The game ended when a heavy shower hit the ground

When i ask Booney about the highlight of this game years later, I expected him to say the 1 run win
But he says it was the over he faced me in the 2nd dig when bowling my offys, off speeders and malsras
Booney played 5 dot balls, b4 taking a single of the last ball
That 1 run of my bowling, he treasures to the day
