He is a wicket taker and bowls at good pace, Cutting is very similar to Hastings (better IMO) and I really like him but I don't think he will trouble many quality international batsmen..

I really like Coulter-Nile I could see him becoming alot like a Jimmy Anderson but being a very handy number 8 bat as well
