Yep i thought he deserved to start this series but i was very disappointed when Hughes was dropped before him. His time is up now and he musn't be given another test unless there is a big innings from in the second dig.

If you go back over the stats you'll find that if Hayden used up 9 lives, then Mr Cricket has used up 29. Hussey's run drought is longer and worse than Hayden's.

This form slump is now close to 2 years IIRC (may not be that long).
