fantastic spell by Hauritz, really tight off spin bowling has brought about his wickets and they have been well deserved. His pressure has really enabled the quicks to attack from one end. Lets hope we can skittle them for under 200 now, straight for the throat.

That is one of the worst posts on this thread, sorry mate, the guys taking the wickets stay on

It's tailenders now, if Lee's going to get some cheap scalps and boost the confidence it's going to be now.

Probably the best spell of bowling that Hauritz has bowled in his life and it's been pretty impressive :D

I cannot believe what i am about to say and i never thought i would have to but Hauritz has genuinely looked like a Test cricketer today.

His last spell was ok, think it was 6 overs for about 12, but u have to keep those doing the jiob on, Siddle is known for long spells evidently

Intersting watching the Boucher dismissal, that Hauritz pointed to whoever was at mid off with the thumb up, seems as though it may well have been a plan, if so great job, great to see this side fight back

Thats what I like about you RR, you always admit what you have previously said when it turns out wrong, howver, lets be honest one innings does not make a test cricketer, but what he has showed today definately shows he has something

I'd replace Siddle...and as I type he is replaced with Lee. :)

Also yes, Haury has done exactly what he was brought into the side to do. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

I'm more than happy to admit when i'm wrong but you are right, one spell does not make a Test cricketer. All i said was that today he looked like a Test cricketer and i never thought i'd have to say that. Fingers crossed he keeps producing similar spells and actually becomes a Test quality off spin bowler.

Are you Ricky Ponting? I'll be keeping an eye on the skipper to see if he is posting from his mobile whilst on the field   ;)

Well yeah but this is probably the first time in the series that the state of the game allows for us to get a few overs into someone purely for confidence's sake.

Not allowed to have mobiles with them, they are taken by the team Manager as they walk through the gate and returned as they leave, that was actually discussed on 9 about 1/2 hour ago but I know it was only in jest ;)
