The fickle nature of the game?
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

I only just realised this starts tonight on TV.
I had thought tomorrow's game was the season start but happy to be wrong so I nicked down to BWS and grabbed a bottle of chivas regal for the occasion. :D

The number 1 worst thing about the BBL is having to listen to Mark Howard commentate. He is an absolute f**kwit.

Gee the Thunder lost their way in the middle. Don't think they have enough.

Bring on tomorrow night, will be there. Don't feel great about our side, but hope to be proven wrong.

Will either play or be named 12th as he is an injury replacement for Jon Holland.

Listening to the BBL commentators is horrid - Mark Waugh and "Howie" are prob worse than the C9 commentators!

Constant references to twitter.. attempts at paying each other out.. how extraordinarily good "Dre Russ" is.. references to Cummins pace and playing test cricket for Australia.. Telling us how quick the game can change.. "Not gonna see a better ____ this tournament"...

Such is the horrid love affair with Dre Russ - there was an over where they praised him and spoke about "This is what he does well, changes of pace, look at that good slower ball, great over.."

Couple overs later, exact same "Hmm yes think there is something wrong with Dre Russ - his pace is down, he doesn't look like he's getting through the crease.."

Cummins hits a 6 to mid wicket "That's Dre Russ like!"

Laughable that someone on twitter sledges the Channel Nine team for being worse!

The one annoying comment i hate, is when they pay out someone like Warne, Gilchrist, Fleming etc.. then admire their own wit and add "Oh he will be getting on Twitter to respond to that now!"

The commentary is absolutely cringworthy. Howie would suck Andre Russell off if given the chance.

Whilst it's not the BBL, the triple M coverage of the tests was quite good.
I like Kerry O'Keefe like most people and I don't mind James Brashaw when he commentates on cricket.
