Think there has been studies done or similar that the optimum speed for swing bowling is around 120 km/h. Any less and it won't swing at all and the faster it is the less swing. Most international standard women would bowl no more than 130 km/h also they use a 142 gram ball as opposed to the men's 156 g.

The majority of the women have been bowling between 100-115.

There have been a few women bowling more regularly 110-125.
