The pitch is playing pretty well. Nothing an international cricketer shouldn't expect.

For me just terrible field placements.
First ball of the over to have a point and a floating slip to a me is an open invitation to have a slash or a dab without real risk and with great incentive was wrong.

I'm leaning 60/40 Australia's way again a lot depends on Warner.

Great last 4 overs from SL.

Laughlin bowling the last over was terrible. I love bowling at the death it's a simple plan full and straight just vary your pace but still full and straight

Agreed but the spuds length was terrible. Bowling at the death with 5 allowed out should be

Cow, long on, long off, fine and 3rd man keep it full and straight simple whether its int. cricket or under 12 school cricket death bowling and field placements should never change not should your length.

For a quick bowler I would drop the fine leg and have a deep cover.
But who are we to suggest that. Do you need to have played cricket to have an opinion?

Dont disagree, just thought there was good turn and it would suit SL .. Warner gone so could be a tough ask anyway

Wouldn't mind if Warner had a decent swing at it.
Out of character shot for him. A few games ago he was shot arm jabbing those for 6.

A nervous start from Marsh. Openers can struggle when they don't open.
