Maybe, but it's still LEGAL.

No such thing these days after the ICC changed the rules to allow chucking .

Chris Tremlett, the England fast bowler, is to return home from the UAE after suffering a recurrence of a back injury. England will decide upon a replacement for the remainder of the Pakistan series later today.

That's very disappointing. Chris Tremlett is a magnificent fast bowler and was pivotal to England's Ashes retention 12 months ago out here in Australia. Unfortunately he's too injury prone and can't get a sustained run going in Test cricket.
