Bit of a PR blunder by the Perth Scorchers - playing the Collingwood club song to introduce Paul Collingwood, turn the home crowd on Collingwood while he has no clue what the song means
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

Naved the cleverest 20/20 bowler in the comp yet to bowl
The Hurricanes have got Dads Army on the ropes
5/44[10.1]
Now they have chance, Ronchi is in to help Marsh

BIRT 40[30] very good batsman
SHAH 24[19] interesting batsman, might be ok, slow and poor runner
TRIFFIT 20[15] did ok

BEER 2/18[4] outstanding effort
EDMONDSON 4/40[4] too expensive !!!!!
MARSH 0/25 [4] bowled better than that, impressive

Poor effort by the Hurricanes, wooden spoon contenders on that effort

You obvoiusly are not watching Perth's batting.

PERTH SCORCHERS 109
GIBBS 2[5] is he too old now ?
NORTH 16 [18] getting older, simply an average 20/20 cricketer
KATICH 8[8] too old batting like a ''hack''
M HUSSEY 0[6] too old for this caper, terrible innings
COLLINGWOOD 4 [13] too old, but was 1st up, might improve
RONCHI 13[16] disappointing effort by this thirtysomething
HOGG 1 [1] way tooooo old
RIMMINGTON 22[14] batted too low, needs to bat at 5 in this line up
MARSH 35[35] tried hard, can score quicker

HILFENHAUS 2/10[4] outstanding effort, one of the best 20/20 bowling spells Ive seen
DOHERTY 1/15[4] very good spinner in this format, great spell
KREZJA 1/15[3] good effort
NAVED 2/27 [3.4] wicket taking superstar

Hobart Hurricanes beat the Perth Pensioners
Hurricanes might have the worst batting line up, but I reckon they have the best bowling line up in the comp
Dads Army need to look at their batting line up
Ronchi 3
Marsh 4
Rimmington 5
Thats their best chance of winning
How the hell does Hogg bat b4 Rimmington ?

My votes
3 HILFENHAUS
2 BIRT
1 EDMONSON

Rimmington, Marsh + Doherty had to be considered

Agree with most of that MAL.
Marsh is the best batter in that side and should be batting in top 4.
Cant believe they would bring in an old hack like Gibbs who hasnt played for 2 years when WA has plenty of good young batters going around like Robinson

Robinson is far from young (31 next week) and has a strike rate of around in 63 in ODD cricket. Simply not good enough in the shorter formats. Hussey Wont play next game so should see S. Marsh either opening or at number 3

Would give Liam Davis (27) a shot, even Marcus Harris (19) although he has not played a T20 match before

Fast bowler Ryan Harris has been cleared to play for the Brisbane Heat in Tuesday's Twenty20 Big Bash League match against the Melbourne Stars as he aims to prove his fitness for the Boxing Day Test. Harris, 32, has spent the past five weeks recovering from a hip injury that ruled him out of the second Test of Australia's tour of South Africa.
