But he can fly around the world 12 months of the year training ( if he does ), playing ( when he can ) and throwing down 24 balls a day, in two spells, of course.

Playing in a team full of ring-ins from around the world is not International cricket.

He will, no doubt, get a gig in the English T20. Maybe one or two national players at best in any game (opposition and teammate).

I'd like to hear the answer to that question to be honest. It's just hard for ferrets like myself to comprehend. I've seen a grey haired old dude play for four hours with a rooted back just for the love of the game and his cricket club. Despite the vast difference in ability and the level played, I know who I respect more.
