Push in the Back wrote:I know this will cop passionate response but Ferg is seriously over 'inflated' in people's reckoning. Good FC player yes - not great. His ODI stuff for the aussies has been bloody impressive, but with such a shortfall of batsman of his age group pushing through - he has been given a truckload of spotlight. 10 years ago we would have likened his stats to his current State Coach and no offence to Jeff Vaughan - but he was never going to play for Australia.

I'd agree he certainly hasnt done enough in the longer form to force his way into the side. IMO is in our best 11/12 in limeted overs cricket

Get him in the Aussie team.

Gritty cricketer in red hot form that Australia could do with right now.

Was it really pathetic? are you watching? Good bowling? wide of off stump bowling? would it be pathetic if he swiped at the wide one and got out?

FFS McDonald is dead set average. We have about eight of them in the side already. Bowls worse than Siddle and bats worse than North.

Some people don't realise you can't just go out and score runs it's a 4 day much in the first session of the first morning
Thats it bowling off stump with swing no wonder why he is leaving it
Some people's views on cricket just astonish me NO IDEA
