He may do but he doesn't score quantity of runs at that strike rate. 12 runs off 10 balls is not a great innings!

Both are not adeqaute enough in 20/20 cricket
Its time for a win win next year
James Smith to open
Manou down to bat 7
Cosgrove to watch the 20/20 games with his mates

Cosgrove can then concentrate on being a very good 50 over player
And concentrate on getting a few more big scores in SS cricket
20/20 is not his cup of coke


SA are winning 20/20 cricket thru the dynamics of Cossies team-mates and not his over-rated contributions

He's doing well enough to keep his spot this season IMO.

Your right on this one Mal. Cosgrove shouldn't be in the South Australian 20/20 team let alone the Australian team.

I would have preferred to have played Queensland but I think we can still win. It goes without saying but the toss is important and we can't afford any dropped catches.
