What a great partnership for the 5th wicket, definately should have had those two guys in my dream team, lets hope that the rain stays away, at the end of 50

India 4/267

Gamhir 102*

Dhoni 88*

105 off last 10 overs, great stuff, looks like light rain now falling however

Looks like the rain has come, could have or still might be an exciting finish, just watched the 20/20 match of England and N/Z, how pathetic is New Zealand and their cricket gone, take out Orams innings and they may have scored about 50

if it hasn't stopped rain by 8.51 (SA TIME) the game will be called off, another 1 point game for india could be detremental to their chances

New Zealand are useless now, they will soon be down the bottom of the rankings and i wish the rain would piss down here.....

Isn't NZ ranked 4th or something in the one day rankings?

That is a useless system anyway and I was going to start a thread on it.
Australia haven't lost a world cup game for a long time yet they are only just above the Saffies. That wanker Smith reckons they are close to something special and they want to grab the #1 ranking... yet they always choke in the big games. I hate that guy.

Can we start a thread about the most over-rated international cricketers? because i think he would be in it!

The title that Melbourne had for it to be always raining at the cricket has been passed on now.

I think it has been a number of years since either the Tests and the ODIs were not interrupted at all in Brisbane.

Was some terrific batting in the last 10 by both batsmen.

we know Dhoni is pretty good but what we have seen from Gammy has been brilliant in the first 2 matches. Looks very good.

No way in the world is Smith overrated!! World class batsman who would walk into any Test team in the world.

It's been raining everywhere in Australia this week and that trend looks set to continue in Sydney on Friday and in Melbourne on Sunday.
