Undoubtedly he'd do well in a one off, but as Mal said and why I laughed, he's retired...

Actually has there been any Australian cricketer come out of retirement in the past 30 years
and represent the country again ?

I know Bob Simpson did back in 1977 but anyone since then ?

I am more than aware that Langer had retired from test cricket however he is still hitting the ball pretty well in the Pura Cup.
One phone call from Rick Ponting could change his mind especially playing in the West.
He would love to face the current Indian opening bowlers.
For every one I miss I am closer to a hole in one.

Here's one from left field and one to watch for teh future Phillip Hughes from NSW (no REB hasn't hijacked my login)

Played two shield games only has two 50s to his name and is an LH opening bat.

Is vice-captain of the Australin U/19 side for the up-coming World Cup. If NSW don't put him on a full contract next year we should!!!!!
